Hands-On-Health Massage & Day Spa has been proudly serving Bay Shore & Brightwaters for over 19 years in the same location. Our location is on the second floor of the Amritraj Health & Racquet Club.  We're a full service unisex massage & day spa offering several age-old reputable treatments as well as some new unique treatments to entice the senses!

We're an authorized dealer of dermalogica Skin Care line, which we use professionally and is also available for retail on site.  We're also proud to announce that we recently became an authorized dealer of Pangea Organics Ecocentric Skin Care line for Face & Body, which is also used in treatment rooms as well as for retail.  Pangea Organics is made with 100% plant-based ingredients, paraben free & no petroleum-based preservatives. 

We now carry a full line of Isotonix Vitamins/Supplements where ones nutritional demands are determined through a free Nutri-Physical. 

Also available for retail is Biofreeze...the most powerful instant pain reliever in spray form. 

The types of massage therapy offered are Swedish/European massage, Amma massage, Hot Stone massage, Deep Tissue massage, Sports massage, Egyptian Foot Reflexology and Medical Massage (No Fault & Workers Comp only) as well as our new unique treatment called the Body Butter massage.

Facials and skin care treatments offered include the Dermalogica Deep Pore Cleansing facial, Moisture Replacement facial, Anti-Age Smart Facial, Soothing Stress Relief Treatment and the Medicated Clearing Treatment.  Specialty treatments include the Eye & Lip Rejuvenation Treatment, the Ginseng & Pearl Hydrating Treatment with Pangea Organics product, the All-over Back facial and Cocoa Heating Mask.  Collagen Treatments include the Thermal Ice Mask, Elastin & Collagen Eye Mask and Anti-Aging Collagen Treatment. 

Body Treatments include the Biolage European Sea Clay Wrap, the Biolage Exfoliating Scrub, the Green Tea Mint & Algae Body Masque and Moor Mud Wrap. 

We also offer unisex hair removal through waxing or electrolysis.  

Hands-On-Health Massage & Day Spa is open for business 6 days a week...closed Sundays.  We are available for spa parties for any important event in your life and offer several spa packages and gift certificates for your convenience. 

All of our Estheticians and Massage Therapists are licensed and registered with New York State and practice utmost cleanliness and safety on a daily basis.
